Half Moon 05:24
I’m waiting for the tide to rise The moment I confide in you Fear of the dark I have, is it fear of seeing more? I’m waiting for you to show What you are is not what I know I’ve been only gazing the bright side of you It’s untold what’s on the dark side of you The sky unfolds around you indigo blue As the sun shifts the half moon rises You look into my eyes The dim lights in the sky speak and spell The bodies are illuminated I see a luster on your face I want to touch to feel the warmness Or is it cold as cold as the black sky? Insomnia made it through the night We see the Monday morning sun And we set apart again Our different lives, different trains Nobody knows what’s on the dark side of you The sky unfolds around you indigo blue As the sun shifts the half moon rises You look into my eyes The dim lights in the sky speak and spell The bodies are illuminated Stars may fall down on earth but the half moon is always out of reach When the sun shines again, you fade away and disappear, will you be back again? You put on a string, drew a straight line above Tuned to the key that resonates through the night As the sun shifts the half moon rises You look into my eyes The dim lights in the sky speak and spell The bodies are illuminated Stars may fall down on earth but the half moon is always out of reach When the sun shines again, you fade away and disappear, will you be back again?

I was captured in my self-deception I never speak so loud, but my dream was sound And the morning starts without ignition It never sets me free, will I ever be? I lost to something I could never get So I live alone with the ghost in my room I despise this man sees me from the cradle of my youth Hate on hate is not love, my spear on my shield The time disappears I’m a child of the past The future is so bright that I’m blind at last Home is what kept me warm But it’s blown away by a storm Disaster unnatural, why is everything ephemeral? I lost to something I could never get So I live alone with the ghost in my room I despise this man sees me from the cradle of my youth Hate on hate is not love, my spear on my shield Even if I die with the highest dignity Will I get another life? How would I know So I dream again, the reflections of my thoughts How many years have past by now in my sleep? I lost to something I could never get So I live alone with the ghost in my room I despise this man sees me from the cradle of my youth Hate on hate is not love, my spear on my shield
